CBD Vapory offers FREE SHIPPING to all orders being shipped to a US address! While we don’t currently ship outside of the US, we plan to ship internationally very soon, so please check back!
Our shipping system is streamlined for your convenience and affordability. All orders ship from sunny Los Angeles, CA. If you get your order in by 2:30pm pacific time, your order will more than likely ship the very same day (depending on our shipping load). If USPS is open, we’re shipping orders out, and that includes most Saturdays, too!
Shipping Services & Timeframes
We use USPS First Class Mail for our Free Shipping option. Depending on the shipment’s destination, the delivery timeframe for our Free Shipping option can vary widely, between 2-10 business days.
We use USPS Priority Mail as our paid option. Typically, this option can take 2-3 business days for delivery, again depending on the shipment’s destination. Please note that choosing USPS Priority Mail as your shipping option does not mean you will receive expedited processing — we pack and ship all orders in the order in which they were placed, in fairness to all our customers (however we’re usually pretty quick, processing items same-day or next-day).
While CBD Vapory has zero control over any delays on the part of USPS, we’ll do everything we can to ensure every customer receives what was ordered.
IMPORTANT: Please be advised that all suggested delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed! Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All sales on liquids are final.
Sales on vaping hardware (mods, atomizers, etc.) are final; however we may choose, at our sole discretion, to credit, exchange, or replace certain defective products. Of course, we want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, and we will reasonably take steps to resolve any issues. We are also happy to assist any of our customers with user support on products purchased – customer service is our top priority, so just shoot us a message from our contact form. We’re very friendly, and will usually respond within 24 hours on business days.
Again, at our sole discretion, we may offer a refund in certain circumstances (for example, if we have made an error, etc.). In the event you are offered, and accept, a refund, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper – however, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
